Dear All.

I'm trying to do simulation of Internal Combustion Engine in openFoam 1.6 ext:
https://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/openfoam/83177-engine-simulation-mesh-motion-topological-changes-5.html#post308624

There is a working 2D example of mesh. I can reproduce similar 2D mesh with Salome and run it without problems:

Unfortunately when I create 3D mesh and try to run simulation following error appears:
"FOAM FATAL ERROR : Zero length edge detected. Probable projection error: slave patch probably does not project onto master."

Has anyone of You faced similar problem?

Have a nice day to all of You!
