Hi dear Foamers,

i want to use snappyHexMesh to generate the mesh for the STL files. I have set the following commands in Allrun.pre :

rm -rf 0
blockMesh
surfaceFeatureExtract
snappyHexMesh -overwrite
topoSet
extrudeMesh
cp -r 0.org 0
rm 0/cellLevel 0/pointLevel

splitMeshRegions -cellZonesOnly -overwrite

It deals with a chtMultiRegionSimpleFoam case. Everything runs well but i suddenly find that the Geometry goes something wrong like this:

All these cuboid are Solid and will be cooled by the fulid surrounded. But now some sides of the cuboid are not a line. Anyone knows whats happening here?

Here is the code for the snappyHexMeshDict:

// Which of the steps to run
castellatedMesh true;
snap true;
addLayers false;

// Geometry. Definition of all surfaces. All surfaces are of class
// searchableSurface.
// Surfaces are used
// - to specify refinement for any mesh cell intersecting it
// - to specify refinement for any mesh cell inside/outside/near
// - to 'snap' the mesh boundary to the surface

//- Refine a bit extra around the small centre hole
