Dear All,
I am recently picking up the Salome/Gambit to mesh for OpenFOAM.
1) I wonder how to make the mesh in the attached geometry much finer.
I have tried to mesh in Salome and Gmabit for this geometry, but without any special treatement on the vortex.
The more details, the better.

2)BTW, is there any special things that I need to pay attention to when I draw mesh for 2D geometries in Salome for OpenFOAM? I have succeeded in importing the mesh from Gambit to OpenFOAM (fluentMeshToFoam **.msh). But there is an error when I checkMesh for Salome file (ideasUnvToFoam):
