Hi,

I'm attempting to use SimFlow for the first time. As per the catalytic converter instruction video, I set my shape that I'd created in Blender to mesh. I had meticulously ensured there were faces along the side where I wanted symetry, that I'd cut in half with the 'bisect' tool in blender. SimFlow did mesh creation and it seemed to have created ok, but nothing is visible. I've tried shutting down and restarting, but no mesh is visible, yet it said it completed normally. When I do 'check mesh' in Simflow, the only error is that there were two highly skewed faces.

How can I see what the mesh looks like. Simflow does not indicate that there is a problem, and a list of faces is there, but nothing is visible on the graphical manipulation screen under 'mesh tools'.

How can I go about finding what the problem is? Or where to start?

Thanks for any help

Have you changed the mesh visibility settings? In the toolbar on the right-hand side you can choose whether the mesh is visible or not. If these settings are correct, hit the 'Fit view' button to zoom into the mesh.

Actually it appears to be a bug in simflow 2.2 that it doesn't work properly with motherboards that have a built-in display adapter while using an external display adapter, I've been informed by Simflow themselves. Your suggestion wasn't the cause, but thanks for making it. Version 3 apparently resolves that problem.

Regards,

Mike (slow reply due to being on holiday)

Yep, Simflow 3.0 solves this problem.
