Hi, I am using sHM and wonder if here is a way to specify the transition between the different mesh refinement level.
Attached is the mesh generated with bad transition.

Any suggestion of how to improve the mesh quality?
Thank in advance for the help, will be greatly appreciated!!

What is the output of checkMesh? And are you sure that what you see is not an artifact of paraview. You might try to uncheck the setting "decompose polyhedra" and check the setting "crinkle clip/slice" (if your picture shows a clip or slice)
