Hi,
I have a geometry which has some gap in the CAD, but I am not able to edit this. Is there any way to change tolerance in snappyHexMesh in order to make such gaps invisible to the mesh generator? The problem is that I have fluid inside this geometry, and I should not. The figure shows the geometry. In the top, it was well recognized, but the bottom part of the engine it was meshed inside it.. Best regards, Lisandro |

I would have thought it would be better to repair the STL using something like the MeshLab: http://meshlab.sourceforge.net/
Then use surfaceConvert function to clean your stl and see that its good for use. |
