I am getting error while converting gmsh(.msh) mesh to foam.
fileName::stripInvalid() called for invalid fileName /home/niyaa/testedcases/mshToFm For debug level smile emoticon 2) > 1 this is considered fatal Aborted (core dumped) I am attaching my .msh file in with ,txt extension. just change the extension to .msh . I was trying this tutorial on gmsh to foam. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OymPRfSjtYY this is my system problem for sure ..the same mesh converted successfully on my university cluster. and my friend computer. i am using openfoam30 installed using ubuntu deb pack on my ubuntu 14.04. |

This error is usually caused by things like spaces or invalid characters in one of the paths, presumably the path to the case, which would explain why things worked on other machines. Make sure the case doesn't have any strange characters in its name and things should work just fine.
