I have generated hex mesh using blockMesh. Now I need to know coordinates (x,y,z) of all eight corners of the cell. How to get it??

There is probably no tool to achieve this just yet, but you can extend on the discussion in http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/ope...tml#post275193, although this would require you to code your own tool.
Otherwise it would really be useful if you'd give more information why you would need the cell corner coordinates.
