Hi everyone,
I'm rather new to openFoam and its utilities like snappyHexMesh and I faced a problem in setting up the proper information in the snappy-subdictionary refinement Region. I have to mesh an airfoil given in stl and my background mesh is realized by blockMesh using a 0.1 conversion to meter (so dm ) . If in the snappy subdict refinement Region I set distance (0.025 5) does it mean that below 0.025 dm from my stl the refinement level is 5?more precisely does 0.025 refer to the unit conversion set in the blockMeshDict (0.1 in this case)? Thanks in advance |
