Unwanted internal Mesh in OpenFOAM, using blockMesh

Dear Foamers,
I am relatively new to OpenFOAM. I have been trying to generate a wedge mesh for sphere, however, I am getting some unwanted internal mesh elements generated. These internal Mesh gives negative volume to the elements. If some you had a similar problem and know how to fix it, then please give me suggestions. Attached are the Images from paraView. Well..!! its me again.. I tried to redo the mesh. However, nothing realtively different, but I get the expected Mesh.
