refineWallLayer breaks cellZones

When I create a mesh with a cellZone and later refine the cells next to a patch, my cellZone gets disrupted.
See the attached images. Is there a way to avoid getting the cellZone destroyed, i.e. I want the newly created cells to become part of the cellZone. |
