I'm having a problem with snappyHexMesh, It's not using the triSurfaces and there is no cells to remove, it types these in the very begging:

and

)
And my *.stl file where made by SOLIDWORKS (ASCII format) in the first time and by FreeCAD (ASCII format) in the second one
the surface is closed (I cheked that) and in the center of the background mesh (I saw that in paraview) and have one patch named cylinder .. like this
