I have convert a fluent mesh to openfoam format (see picture).

How I can create a rotor zone in openfoam ?

If you are using ICEM to make mesh,

1. by block.

U should name the rotational block and stationary block. then openfoam will tell these two different zones.

2. by tet mesh

U should draw a interface like a cylinder, then name it as rotational body, the others as stationary body, then compute tet mesh, you will have two zones.

I have done this step under ANSYS MESHING (i have two rotor zone and one stator zone). but when i execute this instruction
fluentMeshToFoam stirredtank.msh
The boundary (interface) of two rotor zone is merged into one new patch "default_wall"
