Consider two meshes where the blockMesh provide "Mesh OK" to both:
Mesh 1: has mesh quality parameters (aspect ratio, non-orthogonality, etc) worse than the mesh 2, but still gives checkMesh "Mesh OK"; Mesh 2: mesh quality Parameters (aspect ratio, non-orthogonality, etc.) better than the mesh 1, and checkMesh giving "Mesh OK" as well. * Question: The simulation with mesh 1 will produce the same results as the simulation using the mesh 2? If yes, then the mesh 1 will just take longer to converge than the mesh 2? Best Regards, Vitor Spadeto |

i never test it good question would you please check similar test case with the describe situations and make known the forum.
i guess result would be almost the same, and the mesh improvement affects on your convergence.
