Mesh conversion from fluent to OpenFOAM

I want to convert fluent mesh to OpenFOAM. I used command fluent3DMeshToFoam fluent.msh. After that boundary file created in Polymesh directory. it contain names of boundary in geometry. After that what need to do. Need to change blockeshDict and files in 0 folder ??

The https://github.com/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM.../icoFoam/elbow tutorial includes the conversion of a fluent mesh. Look at the Allrun file what has to be done to set up and run a case.
