Hello All,

I wanted to know if you can subdivide the domain and mesh each region individually.

I have a wing with a winglet (as one stl file) and I wanted use Snappy to mesh the fluid domain. But is it possible to divided the domain into two parts, one region is a block around the winglet, and the second region is the leftover fluid domain? This way when I am only changing the winglet (the main wing will stay the same), I dont have to mesh the entire domain, just the block around the winglet. Then maybe use stitchmesh or mergemesh command to connect the different regions.

Is there a way to do this?? I've been stuck on this for three weeks.

Any help is appreciated!!!! THANKS
