singleProcessorFaceSets on foam-extend-3.0

With singleProcessorFaceSets, we can force all faces on a patch to be allocated on a specific core. Unfortunately, that option is not supported in decomposePar of foam-extend-3.0. Anyone know how to get the same result on foam-extend-3.0?
