Default strange mesh result using blockMesh - bug?

fogl is on a distinguished road
I made a mesh of straight square tube attached to a round square tube. What i get is a strange result with wrinkled parts of mesh (please see the photo attached). Any idea what could be the problem?

Heh, I oriented the faces in wrong direction... this thread can be deleted (i could not delete it myself).
