Diffuser Mesh conversion problem, <Fluent3DMeshToFoam>

Hi everybody,
I want to do a LES simulation of a diffuser using OpenFOAM. The mesh is done by ICEM CFD and now I'm trying convert it to OpenFOAM using Fluent3DMeshToFoam. After the conversion is done when I check the mesh it says "Failed 1 mesh checks". FOAM exiting Couldn't figure out what is going on actually. Do I have to edit any file inside the 0, Constant or System folder? I have just copied and pasted these files from another tutorial and thought the mesh conversion system will make necessary arrangement for the simulation. Please help me out
