Hello everyone,
I create a multi-block mesh in Pointwise and I want to convert it to an OpenFOAM mesh. When Pointwise exports directly the mesh to OpenFOAM, the boundries with cyclic BCs do not match because of inconsistent ordering. I may convert the mesh in another way: export the mesh to another format and employ the mesh conversion utilities in OpenFOAM (for example, to a FLUENT mesh and then use fluentMeshToFoam). Anyone can tell me if it works? The mesh I create is so large that a single conversion with XXXXToFoam costs too much time. I can not afford to try one by one. Thanks. |
