Hi all,
im having a problem in meshing a sharp edge. I used polydualmesh to convert a tet mesh. The case is 2D and polydualMesh creats automatically another cell layer in z-direction so that i had to remove this layer to get just one layer of cells using setSet. So far so good. everything worked , checkMesh looks good and everything is Ok. I just have one small problem near the edge when viewing the mesh with paraview... i dunno what this is (im not sure if its a cell). I attached a snapshot of the mesh . Any help would be appreciated. |

it seems, that you should use bigger angle parameter.
For instance "polyDualMesh 120" http://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/blo...r-than-90.html
