Exporting to OpenFOAM mesh with "inner" wall region

Dear FOAMers,
I am facing some problem in mesh conversion. I made the CAD geometry in GAMBIT and also a rough mesh just to test in OpenFOAM and observed the following 1. The inner wall regions (were it is submerged inside the fluid domain and wall BC being applied in Gambit) is not clearly exported in OpenFOAM mesh 2. The same .msh file was used to run the case in Fluent and it is running fine. While running the case in the fluent I observed the inner wall regions being exported with the name <boundarypatchname>.shadow but in OpenFOAM these regions are empty. From past one week I am struggling here and I would like to know how these inner walls can be exported to the OpenFOAM solver. I tried both the commands fluent3DmeshToFoam and fluentMeshToFoam. in version 1.6 of OpenFOAM |
