hi,
i try using a local openmpi-version to use infiniband on a linux-cluster. i did everything as explained in the forum ->i have recompiled Pstream but after starting any app like blockMesh etc. i get something like: symbol lookup error: /Users/gerber/mac/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-1.3/lib/linuxAMD64Gcc4DPOpt/openmpi-1.2.2-1/ libPstream.so: undefined symbol: ompi_mpi_comm_null so something went wrong but i have no clue what exactly. the recompiling show only warnings no errors. Any help would be appreciated! thanks stephan |

the problem is solved with some inspiration of the forum (thanks bernhard!) - foam could bind libPstream but had not full access to all headers.. br stephan |
