I'm trying to run interFoam and damBreak3D on 2 machines and eventually on 4 and 8 machines. I've specified the machine names in "machines" file. I'm using openMPI - so in the mpirun command I use a -hostfile flag as per section 3.4 of User Guide.
I keep getting errors like " ERROR: A daemon on node mtilab246 failed to start as expected". I've shared my openFOAM directory across the nodes and sourced the bashrc on all the machines. Why is the "orted" daemon not starting on the other nodes? |
