Patch Compile OpenFOAM15 with Intel C Compiler x86

Here is a patch that enables you to compile OpenFoam 1.5 using the x86-version of the Intel C++ compiler (tested with 10.0, 10.1, 11.0.044Beta).

Benchmarks on an 8-core Xeon L5420 produced slightly better results compared to a vanilla gcc build and to the binary distribution.

Be careful with the flags, though. -ipo produced strange results for us.

This was part of the optimizations we used to win the Cluster Challnge at the SuperComputing 2008 conference in Austin, TX.

Apply using

bzcat of_icc.patch.bz2 | patch -p0

in the OpenFOAM-1.5 directory
