[OpenFOAM.org] Compiling problems on installing packages for Paraview-'qt5-default' installation err

When installing packages for Paraview on Ubuntu22.0.4 as

HTML Code:

https://openfoam.org/download/source/software-for-compilation/

It appears that:

Code:

Package qt5-default is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'qt5-default' has no installation candidate

But it do not work on the following sentences:

Code:

sudo apt-get install qt5-default

When installing all dependencies of qt5-defalt package with:

Code:

sudo apt-get install qtbase5-dev qtchooser qt5-qmake qtbase5-dev-tools

the packages for Paraview still cannot compiled.

Could anyone give some advice? Great thanks in advance!!!

Have you found a solution for this?

I have a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04 and getting the same error - as a result I'm unable to build paraview for OpenFoam 11

Figured I would post an update as I've found a workaround from the below link:

In short, there's an issue with my OpenGL but you can install OpenFoam 11 from the repositories and start paraFoam with the following:

ParaView_GL="" paraFoam
Hope this helps someone...
