Hello everyone,
I am pretty new to both Linux and Openfoam. I am getting an error which I cannot understand in a buoyantcavity simulation in Openfoam9. To understand the error better I am trying to install the debug version of openfoam9. I followed the steps provided in the youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEJJDgF-GY4http:// which instructed to change the bashrc script and modify the 'Opt' option to debug and after that run the Allwmake script in $Home/openfoam9/ folder.

However I had an error with Allwmake script related to setting up the environment variable. So I tried the solution suggested in the post here (#13) Something wrong with Allwmake . The solution worked and the Allwmake script started compiling, however I encountered a new error during compilation. I do not know how to resolve this error. I looked up in forum and followed the possible solution steps, but it did not resolve the error. I referred the post https://www.cfd-online.com/Forums/openfoam-installation/174226-v1606-compilation-error-ptscotch-h-not-found.html#post608464 for the solution.
I have attached the log file ans scripts in this post. Please help me with the solution.

I solved it by adding -k to the syntax : ./Allwmake -k

This ignored the third party sources error while compiling.
