I installed OpenFOAM7 on Ubuntu 18.04.4 virtual machine on MacOS 10.14.6, following the instructions from

However, when I finished compiling OpenFOAM and inputed "icoFoam -help", there appears an error saying "Command 'icoFoam' not found, but can be installed with: sudo apt install openfoam".

So I checked the log.make file, which had two errors:
g++: internal compiler error: killed (program cc1plus)
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.

OF7 is not openfoam.com version.
