Dear all
I am trying to install OpenFOAM/5.x using OpenMPI/2.1.2-GCC-6.4.0 on our cluster for a specific user. Our machines are Intel SkyLake/CascadeLake generations running on CentOS 7.6. All dependencies are loaded as modules in the build script (attached). I also set various env. vars. to point at the specific installation folders of the dependencies, to ensure that the build procedure finds them properly; but, I have two issues during the build:
For the two above issues, I am reaching out to you, and would like to know if you have already seen this before? And how to remedy this? I have attached a compressed file containing the build script, and the stdout/stderr during the installation. Kind regards Ehsan |
