Dear all,
I haven't used foam extend 4.0. I usually used OpenFOAM 4.0 . To use GPGPU, I found that cudaSolver is provided in foam extend so I installed it. The problem is that with cudaSolver. I successfully installed Cuda 10.1 and I checked it ran very well. However, when I try to install cudaSolver at the folder with the command './Allwmake' , there is error - 'no nvcc -CUDA not available'. I copied cusp in the cuda folder but it didn't work. It showed errors that some files are missed. So, I copied the related files from the cuda folder. It seemed fine but the final error cannot be solved. 'thrust/system/cuda/detail/detail/launch_calculator.h' Actually, there is no 'launch_calculator.h' file in the cuda folder. I cannot find the file. I think it seems due to the cuda version. My question is as below. 1) How can I link the cuda folder so that ./Allwmake command works? 2) Is the version of cuda main reason of the error? Then, which version of cuda is appropriate for cudaSolver? 3) Is there any way to resolve these issues? It would be really helpful if you reply me. Thanks. Best regards, Jun |
