[OpenFOAM.org] OpenFOAM-dev on Ubuntu install an old version

Hello
As far as I know, the dev version of OpenFOAM is the bleeding edge and is updated and packaged weekly according to openfoam.org.
I tried to install it on Ubuntu 18.04 but when it installs I see this:

...
Preparing to unpack .../openfoam-dev_20180706_amd64.deb ...
unpacking openfoam-dev (20180706) ...

Setting up openfoam-dev (20180706) ...


....

As you can see this version is compiled at 06 July 2018!!! if OpenFOAM-dev is packaged weekly, why I do get an old version????

Actullay, today after upgrading the packages on my ubuntu 18.04, I got a new version (openfoam-dev 20180805)
