Hello everyone,

I'm trying to install the openFoam extended-4.0 version, to use the FSIFoam, from this link: https://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/I...om_source_code.

Im not good at using Ubuntu, but I'm following the commands to get the source code and then compile the program.

So, when I try to run "fe40", it appears:

What I should do to get the OpenFoam extended??

Quick answer: I'm really late on this, but the solution is that you need to use aliases to make it easier to use each OpenFOAM/foam-extend version independently. Hello everyone.
i'm going to rewiew a paper ( link for the paper doi:10.1016/j.cnsns.2010.07.006 )in foam-extend-4.0 version .kindly if any has code share with me or guide me how to handle.I have some questions,
1.which form of governing equation's(momentum, Heat ,relaxation time and viscosity etc ) should I use dimension form or non dimensional form,if I'm using dimension there are some parameters whose values are not,given.
2.In the constitutive equation(Oldroyd-B model) there is log of temperature as well.how I would write it in equation.
3.how I will decide to write fvc(explicit treatment) and fvm(implicite treatment) sp and sup with different terms in equation,while writing in main source code file.
4.here the Reynolds no(Re)and Deborah no(De)is small is there still need of using Devss(which is normally used for incorporating high Re,De no's) according to my knowledge) etc forms for governing equation's(momentum,Heat , relaxation time and viscosity etc ),
Kindly help me I shell be very thankful,
