Hi
First make sure whether you have hardware virtualization is switched on .
See readme file

Also do following

Click on the Docker Quickstart terminal shortcut on your desktop to open the terminal. Check for any error messages. If there are no error messages, go to the next step.
Type the command, docker images in the terminal. Also "docker ps -a" and post output . These two command will help whether the image has been loaded properly and also whether container has been created
