Hello all,
I am a new memeber of this forum. I interested in profiling OpenFOAM solvers with TAU profiler. First of all, i built tau from source. I checked a few tutorial examples and it all went well. Then, I built OpenFOAM with Intel icpc compiler from source. Again I checked it and the solvers worked correctly. Here comes the real deal: I changed the CC = icpc... command to CC=tau_cxx.sh in $HOME/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.0/wmake/rules/linux64ICC/c++ file. When I tried to compile the icoFoam solver, it did compiled and the executable created, but when i try to run it the terminal seems to be frozen (like he is in some infinite loop). Any ideas of how to fix it ? Thank You! |
