[OpenFOAM.org] Incomplete installation of OpenFOAM 2.1.1 on ubuntu 12.10

Greetings Manuel,

This is a major problem, namely managing to install the necessary packages in Ubuntu without direct internet access. Do you still need to do this?

Because the easiest solutions require you to be able to use a Linux machine that has internet access, even if it's not an Ubuntu installation.
