I try to use the groovyBC to generate waves. At the wave maker the alpha1 surface fluctuates to domain boundaries (I do not know why) and that affects the generated waves as well as adds extra quantities of alpha1 to the domain through the atmosphere patch.
Please take a look at the prob: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TZ7_AFtSOgU I attach the case directory. |

Hi Hisham,
Have you solved your problem? It seems your g file was mis-changed. It should be (0 -9.81 0). Hope it is helpful. Albert Sorry you are right here, g is (0 -9.81 0) in your attached file. I do not know the reason. Last edited by tfuwa; August 4, 2011 at 04:54. |

Unfortunately, no. I was away from this problem for a while now but I'll be back to it soon. I'll drop a post if I solve it. I guess it has to do with the BCs.
