Hi,
I am working on a FSI Project for my university. I should couple an CFD Comp. with a CSD Comp. For CFD I use OpenFoam 1.6. My problem now is how I can get the pressure distribution for the further coupling. Till now I searched for some pyFoam skripts, which can do that for me, but still without any result. Is there a script available for that case? This distribution should be used later as a load for my fem comp.
So please , could somebody help me? How I can get the pressure distri. of the walls as an ascii file?

PyFoam can only help you with the automatization of this task, but not with the task itself. The utilitiy "sample" offers the possibility to write out data from a patch in a number of formats. Have a look at the sampleDict that is found with these sources to find out which formats these are
