[IHFOAM] Irregular wave simulation & Steep wave question

Hi everyone,

I'm using IHFoam in OF-v2406 and I've used IHFoam to test several regular wave conditions, but fresh in generating irregular waves. Can anybody share how to generate irregular waves using IHFoam, e.g., a tutorial? Significantly how can I regenerate the same irregular waves in lab experiments?

I have wave gauge data from experiments. Is it possible to regenerate it by IHFoam? I didn't find anything relevant.

I would appreciate any help!

I have the similar question (regenerate irregular waves from experiment data). Have you solved this problem?
