Hi everyone,
I'm currently using BlastFoam to solve an explosion problem. To do this, I've carried out analytical calculations of pressure, temperature, velocity and density values at time t in my explosive. I then tried to run my simulation from that point on, modifying the values in the initial files. However, when I compare my simulation starting at time t and my reference simulation, I see a big difference in the pressure profile (see pictures bellow). I think the problem is a bad boundary condition, but I can't work out what it is. I'm also attaching my .zip file for you to look at. Simulation parameter: TNT (radius 0.143m) in 1D (using a double wedge). The JWL parameters were taken from a thesis and verified during a simulation. axisymmetricCharge_double_wedge_JWLC_test_delayed_air.zip Thank you in advance for your help. Delayed.jpg Full.jpg |
