Hi! I am trying to follow the "Make a fish swim" paper (http://www.tfd.chalmers.se/~hani/kur...h_openfoam.pdf) but am having trouble with cartesianMesh and cfMesh in general. I am running openfoam v2106 on a windows 10 using WSL (ubuntu 18.04). I was previously using openfoam8 but some thread recommended uninstalling it and reinstalling v2106 to get cfMesh to work. I had foam-extend-4.1, but stress deleted everything thinking starting fresh would help... Ooops.. When trying to run cartesianMesh, it told me "command not found". I know I have to somehow install cfMesh but after trying so many different ways and reading many different threads, I have been unsuccessful in getting it to work.. could anyone explain it seriously step by step for me?
Any help on this would be seriously appreciated! Last edited by bjavila1409; August 19, 2021 at 16:08. |
