Hi
First of all thanks for the development and support of this tool. I've already solved several problems with some of the post in here. My aim is to simulate a floating body figuring a Wave Energy Converter. For that I want to use waves2Foam with waveDyMFoam solver 1.- I'm running OpenFoam 3.0.1 in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS 2.- Compilation of waves2Foam seems to be OK (Except a final message saying "Nothing for compilation avalaible in the breeder" which I don't really understand) 3.- Tutorials seem to run Ok with waveFoam solver distributed with waves2Foam Trying to modify the interDyMFoam to waveDyMFoam i get the following error message executing wmake Making dependency list for source file waveDyMFoam.C g++ -m64 -Dlinux64 -DWM_ARCH_OPTION=64 -DWM_DP -DWM_LABEL_SIZE=64 -Wall -Wextra -Wold-style-cast -Wnon-virtual-dtor -Wno-unused-parameter -Wno-invalid-offsetof -O3 -DNoRepository -ftemplate-depth-100 -I.. -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/transportModels/twoPhaseMixture/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/transportModels -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/transportModels/incompressible/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/transportModels/interfaceProperties/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/TurbulenceModels/turbulenceModels/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/TurbulenceModels/incompressible/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/transportModels/immiscibleIncompressibleTwoPhaseMixture/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/finiteVolume/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/dynamicMesh/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/dynamicFvMesh/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/pablo-3.0.1/applications/utilities/waves2Foam/src/waves2Foam/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/meshTools/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/fvOptions/lnInclude -IlnInclude -I. -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/OpenFOAM/lnInclude -I/home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/src/OSspecific/POSIX/lnInclude -fPIC -c waveDyMFoam.C -o Make/linux64GccDPInt64Opt/waveDyMFoam.o waveDyMFoam.C: In function ‘int main(int, char**)’: waveDyMFoam.C:134:28: error: ‘ghRef’ was not declared in this scope gh = (g & mesh.C()) - ghRef; ^ /home/pablo/OpenFOAM/OpenFOAM-3.0.1/wmake/rules/General/transform:8: fallo en las instrucciones para el objetivo 'Make/linux64GccDPInt64Opt/waveDyMFoam.o' make: *** [Make/linux64GccDPInt64Opt/waveDyMFoam.o] Error 1 I've found a couple of mentions regarding this issue in the treah but I am not sure of what to do to solve it properly. Any tip would be helpful. Pablo M. |

Good evening,
I will quickly answer on the breeder. There is an implementation available for mooring lines for version 1606+. It is placed in breeder, because it is not available on all OF versions. There is also a tool that allow for visualisation of the lines. Kind regards Niels
