Hi all,

I use the tutorials waveFlume to simulate a nonlinear regular wave. The steepness H/Lamda=0.071; and the relative wave height H/d=0.096.

I find the free surface is increasing when it is out of the relaxation zone (inlet), please see the attach image. I do not know how it happens. I have tried a finer mesh and more iteration times, it is still there.

When I simulated a linear wave it never happened.
Is it because of the large steepness?

kind regards,
Kun
