Hello,
I did a Qt update unrelated to OpenFoam on Ubuntu LTS 14.04. The OpenFoam 2.4 installation worked fine until then but now some path settings seem to be incorrect so I can't use shared libraries. I keep getting the same error: [4m PyFoam WARNING on line 248 of file /usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/PyFoam-0.6.5-py2.7.egg/PyFoam/Execution/FoamThread.py : Process 4068 was already dead (B[m simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory simpleFoam: error while loading shared libraries: libincompressibleTurbulenceModel.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory -------------------------------------------------------------------------- mpirun noticed that the job aborted, but has no info as to the process that caused that situation. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Killing PID 4068 Getting LinuxMem: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/proc/4068/status' The shared libraries are in the platform directory..../lib as always. What could cause such a problem? Klaus |
