Hello members,

I'm currently working on setting up a case that features a flap positioned perpendicularly under flow, anchored at its center. You can view the setup here: https://imgur.com/a/PNNWIAb.

Configuration Details:

1. Geometry & Mesh: I've created two solid blocks stacked atop one another. Their faces overlap, primarily because I wasn't able to assign boundary conditions on the internal face of the solid.
2. Meshing: The `blockMesh` ran successfully for both fluid and solid regions, maintaining conformity and yielding no errors.

Problem:
When I attempt to run `solids4Foam`, I encounter a unique error, one I haven't faced before:

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR: 
fromField is the wrong size!
fromField size: 244, fromZone size: 240

FOAM aborting

I suspect the overlapped faces in the middle of the solid might be the cause. However, I'm struggling to devise a solution.

Software Details:
- Solver: `solids4Foam`
- Version: foam-extend 4.1
- Reworking the tutorial case `HronTurekFsi3' in solid4Foam tutorial.

I'd deeply appreciate any guidance from those who have faced similar issues or have insights into this particular error. Any pointers to help me rectify this would be invaluable!
