Hello all,

I have developed a boundary condition in solids4Foam requiring access to the FSI iteration number. Hence, I put the code in the following path:

Code:
fluidModels/pointPatchFields/timeVaryingVelocity/"NAME_OF_BC.C"
If I use this boundary condition in pointMotionU, I can run solids4Foam in serial without any issue. However, I encounter an error when I decompose/reconstruct the domain as follows:

Code:
--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR:
Unknown patchField type "NAME_OF_BC" for patch type wall

Valid patchField types are :

31
(
....
)
This new boundary condition is unknown to decomposePar and reconstructPar utilities.

I will appreciate any comments/suggestions.

Regards,
Peyman
