Hi,
I am using solids4Foam on a complex geometry with unstructured mesh. At the start of the run, I see warning message just after the line Solving the momentum equation for D "From function eigenValues(const tensor&) in file primitives/Tensor/tensor/tensor.C at line 180. complex eigenvalues detected for tensor: (1.23245e-06 -3.49791e-16 -4.16662e-14 -3.49791e-16 1.23245e-06 4.16674e-14 -4.16662e-14 4.16674e-14 1.2207e-06)". There are many such warning messages. What could be the reason for this? The solution did not converge even after 10000 iterations in the momentum loop. The solution tolerance is set to 1e-6. How does this affect the solution? Thanks Last edited by Barry; August 4, 2020 at 04:04. |
