Dear popa
I uses similar version (fe40). the stress saves in solid folder of each timeStep as "sigma".
I copy all file in HronTurekFsi/fluid/timeStep(ex. 12.04)/solid folder to HronTurekFsi/solid/(create) timestep (ex. 12.04) and then uses foamToVTK -latestTime.
Only the problem is the stress will shows in initial state of solid mesh. Unfortunately I can't find any points for solid region to use that.

Thanks for your favor

Could you provide your steps in detail?I meet the same problem.About the refine mesh.

About any points for solid region to use, someone said that "go to the main file of the solver, then find the ID of the point you want to monitor, and then you can output it in several time steps",but i doesn't find the way,and the people doesn't answer me anymore.

Do you want to monitor the stress of a point located inside your solid region?
Then there is a function object dedicated for this purpose in solids4Foam toolbox: solidPointStress function object
You can send a pm to Dr.Cardiff (bigphil) and he will provide you with access to the toolbox.

That approach about modifying your solver to output the stress value of a specific point based on its cell ID does also work correctly but using function object is a way to go if you need portability and cleaner code.
bigphil likes this.
