Hi everybody,
I was running the counterFlowFlame2d tutorial with both reactingFoam and rhoReactingFoam to check the differences between the two solvers in terms of results and performances. However, the rhoReactingFoam solver was apparently not solving for transport of species. I have checked the YEqn.H file and indeed, after defining the Yi equation, the two lines YiEqn.relax(); YiEqn.solve(mesh.solver("Yi")); are completely missing! |

I forgot to specify: the bug above-mentioned refers to OpenFOAM v. 2.1.0. In versions 2.0.1 and older the routine is correct as the Yi equation is directly solved by the solve() command.
