Hi All,
I just installed OpenFoam-1.3 following the README file instructions and everything seems to be ok. However when i run FoamX i get these messages Starting NameServer with inet:cftc2:1234 ... nsd: error while loading shared libraries: libelf.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory how may i solve this? |

ok ok ... sorry about that. I just found the lib necessary and installed the package that had it it seems to work ok

Hello Marta
You just need to install the package that provides libelf library to your linux distribution. In the case of CentOS, the package should be a RPM one, probably available from the repositories. This should work (if libelf is the correct name): su -c 'yum install libelf' Good luck! Regards, José Santos |
