Looked at time 0.0032208 of mixer2D. Time 0 consists of 2 separate disconnected regions so didn't use that one.
When compared to the cell pressure in Paraview looks plausible. |

My description above was for t=0. To be honest: I didn't look at the later timesteps, because I was using the mesh only as an example for a blockMesh-generated mesh where this occurs. The sample for t=0 looks like this:
(that's what i described in my original posting)
